Lithium-manganese battery is currently the most used lithium button battery (the earliest we called mercury battery, because of pollution and electric capacity, the line has been gradually replaced by lithium-manganese formula). The cost of lithium manganese batteries is lower and the safety is better than that of lithium cobalt, but the cycle life is not good, and the cycle life in high temperature environment is even worse. Lithium-manganese batteries, also known as lithium-manganese dioxide batteries, use manganese dioxide treated with special technology as the positive active material, metal lithium with high potential and high specific energy as the negative active material, and the electrolyte adopts an organic electrolyte with good electrical conductivity. Solution, the battery structure has two forms of full sealing and semi-sealing.


The rated voltage of lithium manganese battery is 3.0 volts, which is about 2 times that of dry batteries; the discharge voltage is stable, the storage performance is good, the high-rate discharge performance is good, it has good rapid pulse discharge performance and a wide range of operating temperatures, and the product is safe and environmentally friendly. Widely used in digital cameras, portable computers, PDAs, various smart card meters (water meters, electricity meters, gas meters), alarm systems, emergency lights, medical equipment, remote control equipment and toys.
